Our carefully designed programming is developed to test, build and re-test in 9 week cycles - allowing our members to constantly develop, challenge and improve their skills.
With our first class starting at 5:30AM and our last session of the evening starting at 6:40PM, there are class times to suit all careers.
All of our classes run for 1 hour and 10 mins which includes a warm up, WOD and cool down and mobility time.
Developed in-house, our Oly lifting class is designed in 3 week cycles with a focal point based around the Olympic lifts. So whether you are new to the movements or looking to gain a few extra KG on your PB, this is the class for you.

Mid week energiser or end of the week wind down - we've got you covered.
Yoga and mobility is now on offer twice weekly.
Tuesday mornings - 8:45am - 9:20am - stretch, strengthen and energise
Thursday night 6:40pm - 7:25pm stretch, relax and recover.
Classes open to members and non-members.
Running over 6 week blocks, this class is designed for mum's wanting to get back to training. Suitable for postpartum mum's from 6 weeks (naturally) and 8 weeks (C-section). All movements can be scaled up or down depending on individual needs and wants.
Babies are welcome in this class, with the gym being closed to the public and other members, mums can train comfortably knowing if they need to breastfeed or change baby half way - everyone is in the same boat.

Running over school term time, our Kids CrossFit is designed by Coach Jamie who is also a Primary School teacher with additional qualifications in Fundamental Movement skills and Sports Science .
Classes are available for kids from 8-13 years old*
*We understand all children develop at different stages so happy to discuss if your child falls on either side of this age range.
