At CrossFit Perth, we specialize in helping beginner to RX athletes from all backgrounds reach their health and fitness potential. We use PRVN programming, known for its world-class structure, to guide your progress through carefully designed 9- 12 week cycles that test, build, and re-test your skills. Whether you're just starting or looking to refine your abilities, our scalable programs are tailored to meet your individual needs.
We also work closely with members recovering from or managing injuries, ensuring you can continue working out safely and maintain a healthier, active lifestyle. With classes starting as early as 5:30 AM and our final session at 6:40 PM, there’s a time slot to fit even the busiest schedules.
Each 1-hour and 10-minute class includes a warm-up, WOD, cool-down, and mobility work— giving you everything you need to push your limits, recover, and keep improving, but more importantly to help you live a healthy and fulfilling life.
Looking for more variety in your training? Training for the next HYROX race or other endurance events? Or Just want to build strength and stability? Our Burn and Pump tracks are available during our regular class times or open gym on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!
Burn: Perfect for those aiming to boost aerobic capacity or train for endurance events like HYROX, triathlons, marathons, Tough Mudder, Spartan races, and other endurance challenges. Sessions focus on aerobic engine building, with a mix of short intervals, longer threshold work, and Zone 2 endurance sessions.
Pump: Ideal for injury recovery or adding variety, these full-body sessions emphasize bodybuilding for aesthetics and joint health. A great supplement to CrossFit, offering strength and stability without the intensity.

Held every Wednesday at 5:30 PM and Saturday at 7:00 AM, these sessions are designed to help you refine your technique, improve strength, and increase power in the snatch and clean & jerk.
Whether you're new to Olympic lifting or looking to perfect your form, our expert coaching will guide you through each lift, focusing on precision, mobility, and progression.

Running over 6 week blocks, this class is designed for mum's wanting to get back to training. Suitable for postpartum mum's from 6 weeks (naturally) and 8 weeks (C-section). All movements can be scaled up or down depending on individual needs and wants.
Babies are welcome in this class, with the gym being closed to the public and other members, mums can train comfortably knowing if they need to breastfeed or change baby half way - everyone is in the same boat.

Our CrossFit Kids program runs during the school term and is tailored for children aged 6 to 12. These classes focus on building strength, coordination, and confidence through fun, age-appropriate workouts.
We understand that each child develops at their own pace, so if your child is just outside this age range, we’re happy to chat about the best fit for them.
