CFP Teens Program (managed by Jamie Hussey accredited School Teacher)
The aim of CFP Teens age 13-18 is to combine gymnastics, body-weight movements, and weightlifting elements to improve skills such as endurance, power, strength, speed, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

When are the Teen classes
Our Teens class is held initially on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30pm. Once Teens have completed one month, they are welcome to attend any of the other classes throughout the day or remain in the teens class. Click here to view our full schedule.
Who are the Teen classes for?
It is for ages 13-18. This class introduces teens to the correct foundation movements and will begin teaching some different lifts, starting with a PVC bar and moving up in weight slowly based on how well they perform the movement. We have several different levels of athlete in the teens class and we will scale their workouts accordingly to help teach them the proper movement and also prevent injury.
