I have always been a sportsman ranging from team sports to individual activities such as canoeing to obstacle racing. My entrance into the fitness sector was driven by a need to improve my mountain biking fitness for endurance racing.
Introduction
I have always been a sportsman ranging from team sports to individual activities such as canoeing to obstacle racing. My entrance into the fitness sector was driven by a need to improve my mountain biking fitness for endurance racing.
In 2013 I started with outdoor group training sessions which developed into Crossfit. Crossfit became a stable activity and a way to meet likeminded people and make new friends as I moved around the world. I enjoy coaching and seeing people advance and improve.
What is Crossfit to me?
A place to meet new people I love the social side as well as the competition. It always challenges me.
What I love about CFP:
Great coaching and people, friendly atmosphere and always a good place to be. Crossfit Perth is a great place to unwind take your mind off everything enjoy the company and conquer your weaknesses.
Experience:
Quite new to the fitness industry but I have a large sporting background in Cycling/mountain biking, canoeing, water skiing, snowboarding, rugby, hockey, climbing and obstacle racing.
